COVID-19 SUPPORT

BUSINESS HOURS

Wasserman Projects, its staff, and artists are committed to the health and safety of our audience. In lieu of the most recent Executive Order in regards to coronavirus (COVID-19), we are temporarily suspending in-person viewing appointments.

Though we are deeply saddened by this, we feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to share our Never Normal exhibition as widely as we did, and truly value everyone’s support of our space and our artists and designers during this process.

Please visit our Fall 2020 Exhibition Page, to find complete installation views of the exhibition, in addition to recorded footage from the virtual opening.

You may email us directly at info@wassermanprojects.com for more information about the work or any of the participating artists and designers.

We will continue to keep this page updated with any further changes to our visiting hours.

Please continue to stay safe and healthy!

COVID-19 SUPPORT

MI LOCAL BIZ SUPPORT GRANT

Ended July 8th, 2020 – We were able to successfully reach our goal!

Thanks to Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) and Patronicity for selecting Wasserman Projects for this opportunity.

Our campaign proceeds will offer much needed support for our artists + audiences as we transition to in-person interaction. This fundraiser will facilitate the production of catalogues for our current exhibition, new digital materials, and help us to maintain a high level of future programming.

We’d like to thank all who contributed to help us rebuild, strengthen, and ensure the safety of future exhibitions, community events, and programming. Each donation came with great rewards at every level and was matched by Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC). Thanks for your continued support!

BENEFIT SALE – GLEANERS

Ended June 1st, 2020 – Thank you all for your support!

In our continued commitment to support our community, Wasserman Projects along with our featured artists, Dorota & Steve Coy (Detroit, MI) and Adrian Wong (Chicago, IL) have donated 10% of all sales from their current exhibition through June 1st, 2020, to Gleaners Food Bank.

Gleaners has been serving Southeast Michigan since 1977 – providing our residents with access to sufficient, nutritious food, and related resources. During this critical time, among school and business closures, access to food is more meaningful than ever. We hope you will help us raise awareness and funding to support Gleaners’ important efforts to serve those affected at this time. Proceeds will support the team at Gleaners, who have been working tirelessly to host new drive-up mobile food distribution sites, pack emergency boxes, continue to provide food through School Food Mobiles, and their vast network of partner agencies.

Our current exhibition includes over 100 individual works available for purchase, ranging from $75 – $50,000. Please contact us info@wassermanprojects.com for a full catalogue or if you have any questions.
